Weapon
Ruin:
Attuned Legendary Weapon, +2 Attack Bonus and Damage. This magic bastard sword has the finesse property. While attuned to this sword, targets with immunity to Necrotic damage is treated as Resistance to Necrotic Damage.
Each hit with this sword deals an additional 2D6 Necrotic damage. Each time a creature is damaged in this way, Ruin gains a Shadow Charge. If no creature is damaged in this way for 1 minute or more, all charges dissipate from Ruin. Charges cannot be gained from Undead creatures. A charge may be expended to immediately deal 1d8+2 Necrotic Damage to any target within 60ft.

Inexorable Fate – When Ruin holds any shadow charges, the user is granted an Aura of Necrosis, damaging all creatures within a 30 ft. sphere centered on the wielder. The user may choose to have this aura affect or not affect allies. Depending on how many charges Ruin holds, the Aura does more damage. This aura does not affect Undead creatures.
1-2: 1d8 2-4: 2d6 6-8: 2d8 8-10: 3d6

Ravenous: If Ruin holds more than 10 charges it becomes Ravenous, its Aura instantly applies to everyone within range, even the Wielder, resistance to Necrotic damage is negated for the user, Immunity to Necrotic damage is treated as Resistance for the user.

Measurements
Overall Length:
58 Inches (4.83 Feet)
Blade Length: 48 Inches
Handle Length: 10 inches

Armor
Shroud of Valravn:
Attuned legendary armor, +3 AC, Grants magic damage resistance that is not Radiant. Sentient – Neutral Evil. The armor doesn’t seem to actually have a sense of loyalty, and while it does enjoy and often lauds the user for their sinister acts, victories, and plots; it will also mock them when they are damaged or otherwise impugned upon.
During battle, the Shroud of Valravn seems to “breathe”, inhaling one round, exhaling the next. Flip a coin for which effect goes first at the start of your first turn. From then on the effects proceed one after the other and this order may not be altered for any reason or by any effect.

Life Drinker: As the Shroud “inhales”, all enemy creatures within 30ft. of the user must make a Con save, if they succeed there is no effect. If they fail, they immediately take 1d6 psychic damage. The wearer of the Shroud gains 1/3 the total hitpoints inflicted in this manner added to their total, rounded down.

Breath of Violation: As the shroud “exhales”, all enemy creatures within 30 ft. must take a Con save, if they succeed there is no effect. If they fail, they immediately take 1d6 psychic damage and their movement speed in all regards is halved until the end of their next turn.
The Raven’s Due: Should the user die while wearing the Shroud, their body is destroyed utterly preventing regeneration and resurrection outside of Wish and Miracle as the armor greedily devours their failed host.

When the soul leaves the body and before Death comes to claim it, Vaelve gives one last request or wish. They are not allowed to ask for rebirth or for him to save their life but other things can be asked for.

Vaelve's True Name

SAMAEL (סמאל): The name of Poison, the accuser, seducer, and destroyer. He is said to be both good and evil. He rules over infernal and sand realms of the Earth. He is called the Prince of Darkness and is responsible for the scorching wind of the desert called the simoom.

Vaelve's Minions

Undead Shade Race
Undead Shade look just like normal humanoids, although their skin is gray to inky black, as are their eyes. They are thinner than most humans, and they dress in dark-hued clothes or armor.
Undead Shade Traits: Undead Shades were once humans, but they have had the sword of Ruin infect their very souls and now are under the control of Vaelve, himself.
Control Light: The Undead Shade can decrease the levels of light within a 100-foot radius by a factor of 10% per Vaelve's level. For characters and creatures depending on light to see, this decreases the effective range of vision for them by the same percentage.
Invisibility: The Undead Shade can use this ability 2X/day.
Undead Shade sight: The Undead Shade has 60-foot darkvision. They can see normally through any darkness effects but not through fog, invisibility, obscurement, and so on.
Shadow Image: 3X/day, the Undead Shade can use this spell-like ability (similar to the mirror image spell). This creates 1d4 figments of the Undead Shade.
Shadow Stride: A Undead Shade can vanish from his current location and reappear in any shadowy area within 500 feet. This is a move-equivalent action.
Shadow Travel: They can use teleport to reach a shadowy locale on the same world or plane shift to access the Plane of Shadows. A Undead Shade can shadow travel 2/day.
Spells of Shadow: As beings tied to the plane of shadow Undead Shades can cast the spells Darkness and Blade of Shadow,
Armor Class: Undead Shades are difficult to hit in shadow. and as a result gains a +2 to their armor class while in darkness.
Naturally Stealthy: A Undead Shade has advantage on stealth checks while in shadow.
Ability Score Increase: Constitution and charisma increase by 2.
Age: Undead Shadehave extraordinarily long lifespans. They either die going against others and killed by radiance or Vaelve just has no use for them... for some reasoning.
